As a veteran vendor, Jen is heavily involved in her local chapters of the Professional Wedding Guild, The Society of Wedding Professionals, ILEA, and NACE, and she’s currently serving as a board member of the Dallas Chapter of WIPA. In addition to her role as a veteran vendor, mentor and local leader in the wedding industry, Jen is a communications expert with a background that includes conflict resolution training, PR and Marketing, corporate training and 10 years as Program Director for the Make a Wish Foundation. Melding her business knowledge and her vast experience as an “in the trenches” wedding vendor gives Jen a unique perspective! She not only knows how to deal with the occasional bridezilla, but she is also passionate about teaching other business owners how to manage communication elements to reduce conflict, chaos and stress…at work, and at home.
